Signing ceremony for a strategic partner of CMTS Ticketing Systems (Holding) Limited

On 29th June 2012, both Mr Calvin Yang, senior partner, and Huang Yanhong , audit manager of Moores Rowland Beijing were invited to attend the signing ceremony for a strategic partner of CMTS Ticketing Systems (Holding) Limited. In the ceremony, CMTS Company signed a strategic investment with the Malaysia Sovereign Investment Fund and a strategic business cooperation agreement with China Radio and Television Co. for International Techno-Economic Cooperation (CRTV). Moores Rowland Beijing has been appointed for financial due diligence on the strategic investment agreements of CMTS.
